Yasufumi Kanemaru also takes on many public positions including member of the Administrative Reform Promotion Council, deputy chairman of Advisory Board at Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology for Accreditation of Universities for International Research Excellence, chairperson of Nippon Institute for Research Advancement (NIRA), and president of the Japan Handball Association.

Kunihito Ishibashi is Future’s founding member. Based on the principle that “one should develop what the market lacks,” Ishibashi has constantly engaged in a wide range of development work, from middleware development to hardware development. Currently, as Chief Security Officer & Chief Information Officer, Ishibashi is committed to managing technical, organizational, and customer information, and further strengthening security through IT apparatus. Also, he supervises Future’s basic research, including with respect to the technology base and methods necessary for medium-to-long term growth.

Taniguchi joined Future System Consulting (currently Future) in 2002 where he engaged in various mission-critical projects. His earlier career centered around system renewal projects in the distribution and logistics industries, which later led him to be seconded to SG Holdings, where he served as the Executive Officer in charge of DX strategy, Director of Sagawa Express, and CEO of SG Systems, leading its group-wide digital transformation during his 8-year tenure in the office. With his innate ability to set and achieve goals, Taniguchi is committed to taking Future Architect to a new level of growth.

Saito joined Future System Consulting (currently Future) in 2001 and accumulated outstanding achievements in its R&D department during his early career. He was responsible for designing the overall architecture and leading engineering in various system renewal projects. Since 2010, Saito served as the head of the technology division and was appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in 2018. His passion to catch up with the latest technology trends is insatiable and he is dedicated to maximizing the clients’ future value and contributing to their success through the power of technology.

Joined Future System Consulting (currently Future) in 1998. Engaged in numerous projects, mainly in the distribution service industry, as an IT consultant. Left the company in 2012 to care for her family, and after working at Microsoft Japan, rejoined the company in 2017. Chief Executive Officer, Future Architect, Inc. in 2019 and led the IT consulting business. Assumed her current position in 2024, in charge of our alliance strategy and business development. Yuki is promoting the creation of an environment in which employees can work in various ways, so that all employees, not only women, can choose their ideal careers and play an active role in their job.

Hiromi Yamaoka has wide-ranging experiences in the Bank of Japan, the central bank in Japan, and worked in various policy-related positions including the Representative in Paris, the Head of Economic Outlook Group and the Head of Large-Bank Surveillance. He also assumed key duties in many international policy forums such as the member of Markets Committee (MC) and the member of the Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures (CPMI) of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), as well as the member of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS). He published many books, papers and articles on economic and legal issues. He is an attorney at law in New York.

Morioka joined Future System Consulting (currently Future) in 2002, where she established a proven track record as an IT consultant within the finance and logistics industries. She subsequently transitioned her career focus to human resource management, spearheading strategic recruitment and talent development initiatives. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping Future into an elite collective of consultants and engineers who are proficient in a wide range of cutting-edge technologies.

Until 2012, Akira Kawamoto worked in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and held a number of government posts including (in addition to those mentioned above) Directors of Research Office of the Trade Policy Bureau, and Electricity Market Division, Cabinet Secretariat Counsellor (responsible for the National Commission on Social Security). He also worked in the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry, Enterprise Turnaround Initiative Corporation in Japan, as well as OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development). He has published a number of books, including “Why Japan cannot carry out reform?” and “Regulatory Reform.”

A wealth of work experience in corporate legal affairs, litigation, intellectual property, compliance, etc. In 2003, became an in-house lawyer. While concurrently conducting a wide range of non-profit activities at the in-house lawyers’ association, responsible for lobbying activities as a government council member and corporate management. Also responsible for corporate diversity promotion activities, including the translation of Ruth Bader Ginsburg's “Justice, Justice Thou Shalt Pursue: A Life's Work Fighting for a More Perfect Union”
