Quality Control
We at Future believe the quality of project is not just about software development, but also involving the client in how it moves forward. So, while complying with "CMMI" and "PMBOK", we have established our own theories of new software development methodology and apply this to each project.
The following diagram illustrates our quality control system. It is structured so the quality control department and management can check how a project is coming along, as well as if there are any problems or issues. If there are problems, immediate action can be taken as needed.
