Neutral Position

One of our basic principles when we provide consulting services is to maintain a neutral position. It is particularly important in IT consulting to maintain a vendor-neutral position in order to get the best value for the client. Neutrality allows the consultant to be on the client's side in selecting the various products to be used-both hardware and software-in the given system structure. However, of late more and more consulting firms are pushing particular products, such as ERP and unbiased advice is a vanishing commodity.
That's where Future draws the line-we always sit on our client's side of the table. Our remit is to take the part of the neutral, external CIO advisor and that of a technical expert; in this way we can recommend the best product for the client. We will continue to maintain this perspective and partner with out clients to find innovative ideas, overcome obstacles and maximize value.
