Future System Consulting Corp. Announces Organizational and Personnel Changes

Future System Consulting Corp. ("the Company") is pleased to announce a change to its organization and
personnel as of March 1, 2005. The major changes that the Company has made includes the creation of the
Business Strategy & Planning, which has strengthened the functions of the former and added a strategic role,
the segmentation of the Consulting & Solution Service into more divisions by industry and the establishment
of the Project Environment, which manages and controls the operation of projects across the Company from
the human resources' perspective.
With these changes, the Company aims to respond to customer needs more quickly and achieve further
customer satisfaction.
1. Change of Organization
The structure of the organization and names shall be changed as follows:
- * Business Strategy & Planning
- Will produce, manage and promote strategic and highly value-added businesses, particularly in important projects
- * Project Environment
- Will control the quality and profit of the current projects while collectively managing human resources (hiring, education and assignment)
- * Distribution & Service Division
- The Distribution Group of the Consulting & Solution Service will become a division.
- * Financial Division
- The Financial Group (mainly Banking Team) of the Consulting & Solution Service will become a division.
- * Advanced Service Division
- The Cross Industry Group and the Financial Group excluding the Banking Team of the Consulting & Solution Service will be combined to become a division.
- * Manufacturing Division
- The Manufacturing Group of the former Business Strategy & Planning and the Consulting & Solution Service will be combined to become a division.
- * Technology Service Division
- Created as an organization providing solutions such as EDI, network and operation services
- * Marketing & Business Solution Division
- Will be responsible for company-wide marketing and provide business solutions
- * Business Consulting Division
- Will provide business consulting services including strategy, new business and work process reforms
