Dividend Policy

We regard returning profits to shareholders as a top management priority. Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends while ensuring we retain sufficient internal reserves for achieving sustainable growth. We also comprehensively consider factors such as periodic profit and loss, cash flow, and acquisition of our own stock.

We target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 35% or higher.
