The Future group aims to create an abundant society through innovation. To achieve this objective, we conduct various CSR activities that support the youth of today, who will take on the challenges of tomorrow, and help raise the next generation of leaders.

Future Innovation Forum (FIF)

Founded in 2006 under the concept of enriching individuals and society through innovation, FIF is a membership organization that facilitates transorganizational cooperation with the aim of contributing broadly to social development. FIF is operated by Future, and jointly headed by Company president, Yasufumi Kanemaru. FIF holds workshops and seminars that give the next generation of leaders an opportunity to network with each other, and organizes work experience programs for kids. Many of our staff members actively participate in these events as volunteers.

Activities for Members

FIF has around 1,250 members (as of December 31, 2017). Most of these members are from the approximately 640 companies and organizations that support the mission of FIF. Based on the theme of cutting-edge business, FIF holds workshops and seminars that give the next generation of leaders an opportunity to network with each other.

Activities for Kids

We hold work experience events and programming classes for children in collaboration with other companies. The work experience events provide an opportunity to encounter working life and to directly interact with top executives and staff.
To date, we have held 73 events, and a cumulative total of 2,181 children have taken part.
